1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide in Nigeria through Terminal Africa’s network of reliable courier partners (including GIG Logistics, DHL, and others).

Orders can be shipped to your home, office, or preferred pickup location.

2. Delivery Time

Lagos & Major Cities: 1 – 3 business days.

Other States: 3 – 7 business days (depending on location and courier).

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to courier delays.

3. Delivery Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier option.

Some locations may attract remote area surcharges (customers will be notified before processing).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

You can track your delivery status in real time through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive the package, the courier will attempt a second delivery.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Nigeria. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing an order.
