2. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully made (except Pay on Delivery, available in select regions).

Nestio Hub reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.

3. Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.

Accepted payment methods include: Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, USSD, Mobile Wallets (Opay, Palmpay, Paga, MTN MoMo, etc.), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Pay on Delivery (POD) is only available in some regions. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Nestio Hub does not store or have access to your card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Terminal Africa and their partner couriers.

Nationwide delivery within Nigeria typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on location.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days from the date received, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, via the original payment method (Flutterwave).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective, wrong, or damaged on arrival.

Certain items (e.g., clearance or final sale items) may not be returnable.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment details are processed only by Flutterwave; we never see or store your sensitive financial information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes will be settled in Nigerian courts.
